MAYONNAISE SOUP

INGREDIENTS

Eggs. Olive oil. Vinegar. Water. Salt. Bread.

 

PREPARATION

Boil water with salt in a pot. Meanwhile, the yolks are separated from the whites.is added to the yolks Oil , placed on a plate and with a fork, gently, with circular movements and always in the same direction, beating little by little. When it is assembled, add a little vinegar and we already have the mayonnaise. When the water is boiling, add chopped bread and egg whites, so that they curdle; Once curdled, remove from the fire. When it gets warm, add the mayonnaise, stirring slowly, preventing it from boiling again.
